Refund & Return Policy

Combat Tactical Laser, LLC stands behind the quality of the CTL-200. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

You may return your CTL-200 within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, provided the product meets the return conditions below. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted unless covered under our 3-Year Limited Warranty.

To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. The product must be in its original condition — unused or minimally used, with no physical damage, modifications, or alterations. All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be returned. The product must not have been disassembled or subjected to unauthorized repair. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee at CTL's discretion.

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Products returned after the 30-day return window. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or resellers. Products that have been modified, disassembled, or damaged through misuse, abuse, or improper installation. Products with missing components, accessories, or original packaging. Refurbished products (covered by a separate 30-day limited warranty for defects only).

To start a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email support@combattacticallaser.com or call (443) 517-3303 within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and your contact information.

2. Receive RMA: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days. Do not ship your return without an RMA number — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Ship the Product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to the address provided with your RMA. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a CTL error or defective product.

4. Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you receive a defective product or an item that is different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@combattacticallaser.com. CTL will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund at no charge to you. Defects reported after 30 days are handled under the 3-Year Limited Warranty.

This Refund & Return Policy applies to change-of-mind returns within 30 days of purchase. For product defects discovered after the 30-day return window, please refer to the CTL MALTS™ Limited 3-Year Warranty. Warranty claims are handled separately from standard returns and may result in repair, replacement, or a partial refund at CTL's discretion.
