By accessing or using the Combat Tactical Laser website (combattacticallaser.com) or purchasing any CTL product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this website or purchase our products. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Combat Tactical Laser, LLC ("CTL," "we," "us," or "our").

The CTL-200 is a Motion Activated Laser Targeting System (MALTS™) designed for use on compatible firearms with Picatinny and Weaver rail systems. Product descriptions, specifications, and images on this website are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, CTL reserves the right to correct errors and update product information without prior notice.

The CTL-200 features a Class IIIa green laser (520nm wavelength, ≤5.0mW output) compliant with 21 CFR 1040.10 and FCC Part 15 Class B standards. The product is designed for lawful use by trained individuals. CTL does not sell to persons prohibited by law from possessing firearms or related accessories.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. CTL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

For Friends & Family Early Access orders, your access code must be valid at the time of purchase. Early access pricing and promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

CTL ships within the contiguous United States. Standard shipping is free on all orders. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. CTL is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

The CTL-200 is covered by a Limited 3-Year Warranty from the date of purchase or delivery (whichever occurs later) for defects in materials and workmanship under personal use and proper care. The warranty is valid for the original, registered end user and applies only to products purchased from CTL or an authorized CTL Channel Partner.

What is covered: Manufacturing defects affecting product performance; repair or replacement of essential components due to manufacturing defects; replacement with an equivalent new or refurbished product if repair is not possible.

What is not covered: Normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage not affecting performance; loss, theft, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized disassembly, modifications, or repairs; damage from extreme environmental exposure, improper storage, or water damage; damage from acetone or strong solvents; battery degradation; commercial use; products purchased from unauthorized dealers.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@combattacticallaser.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Provide a description of the issue, the product serial number, and proof of purchase. Your warranty is active from the date of purchase — no registration is required.

The total liability of CTL is limited to the original purchase price. CTL shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is non-transferable.

The CTL-200 contains a Class IIIa laser capable of causing permanent eye injury. By purchasing and using this product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You will not stare into the laser beam or use optical instruments to view the beam. You will not point the laser at reflective surfaces, faces, or eyes. You will use DISABLED MODE during transportation. You will follow all installation, operation, and maintenance instructions in the CTL-200 User Guide. You will ensure the firearm is unloaded before installing the CTL-200. You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding laser devices and firearms.

CTL is not responsible for any injury, damage, or legal consequences arising from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product designs, and the MALTS™ technology, is the property of Combat Tactical Laser, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. MALTS™ is a trademark of Combat Tactical Laser, LLC. Patent pending. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any CTL content without express written permission.

CTL's Channel Partner program is governed by the separate Channel Partner Terms of Use. Channel Partners are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of CTL. CTL is not responsible for representations made by Channel Partners that are inconsistent with CTL's official product descriptions. Commissions are paid at 6% of the net sale price, 60 days after the date of purchase, subject to the return policy. CTL reserves the right to modify commission rates and program terms with 30 days' notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CTL's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of CTL products shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. CTL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CTL products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.

CTL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
